In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Each player may hold only one registered account on tmt15.ph. The creation and operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for:

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on tmt15.ph:

Any transaction that raises concerns regarding money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime may be suspended pending investigation and may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

• Sharing access to your account with any other person for any reason.

tmt15.ph's total aggregate liability to any individual player — under any cause of action, including breach of contract, tort, or statutory duty — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

tmt15.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the period specified by tmt15.ph.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or dispute claim filed by the player against tmt15.ph through a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Instruction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting tmt15.ph support. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and uncleared bonus winnings will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

When material changes are made, tmt15.ph will notify registered players via email to their registered address, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change — where practicable.
